Do I REALLY need to do an Annual Update course?

An Annual Update course is not a legal requirement, but have a think about this……..

You did your first aid course what, a year ago- or maybe two. Have you done first aid in the meantime?

They have stopped breathing- eating a doughnut and it got stuck. They are laid on the floor- they are not breathing- the brain is dying.
